Fried Chicken With Fermented Bean Curd 南乳炸鸡

This week recipe: 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙙. These chicken wings are coated with red fermented bean curd marinade. Allow the wings to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best result. Just before frying, add in corn flour and mix well. Deep fried, drain oil and serve hot! Another great dish for parties or potluck gatherings! Recipe for 3-4pax Ingredients Chicken wings 鸡翅膀 – 8 pcs Corn flour玉米粉 – 4~5 tbsp Marinade Shallots 小红葱 – 2 pcs Ginger 姜片 – 4 slices Garlic 蒜 – 1 pc Fermented red bean curd 红南乳 – 1 pc Fermented red bean curd juice 红南乳汁 – 1 ½ tbsp Egg 鸡蛋 – 1 pc Sugar 糖 – 1 tsp Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tbsp Sesame oil麻油 – ½ tsp
