Ingredients 配料 :
400g Bee hoon (soaked) 400克 米粉(浸泡)
150g Bean sprouts 150克 豆芽
8 Tau Pok, diced 8块 豆卜, 切丁
100g Chives, diced 100克 韭菜, 切粒
40g Dried shrimp, blended 40克 虾米, 搅碎
50g Shrimps 50克 小虾苗
5 Lime 5粒 酸干
5 Eggs 5粒 鸡蛋
40g Assam 40克 亚参
1 teaspoon Chilli powder 1茶匙 辣椒粉
4 tablespoon Mee Siam Chilli Paste 4汤匙 米暹辣椒酱

4 Red chilli 4条 红辣椒
20 Dried chilli 20条 辣椒干
1 Big red onion 1粒 大洋葱
10 Small red onion 10粒 小葱头
5 Garlic 5粒 蒜头
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
4 tablespoon Sugar 4汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Balacan 1汤匙 答拉煎
2 tablespoon Salted soya bean paste 2汤匙 幼豆酱
