Fried rice එක හදනකොට හොද හාල් වර්ගයක් අරගන්න. Fride rice එක රස වෙන්න නම් ඔයාලා ගන්න හාල් එක හොද එකක් වෙන්න ඕන. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් බාස්මති, කීරි සම්බා, අරලිය සම්බා වගේ ඇට දිග හාල් තමයි මේකට හොද.. ඒ වගේම බත් එක හොදටම නිවෙන්න ඕන. බත් ඇට වල පොඩ්ඩක්වත් රස්නෙ තියෙන්න බෑ. මේක තමයි original රෙසිපිය. ඉතින් මගේ යාලුවෝ හදලා මට කියන්නකො 😊
