Most people travel to the Philippines for vacation, but this group of Americans came for something much bigger. I joined a three-day mission trip with volunteers from the U.S. who traveled here to make a real impact. Together, we worked with Heart for Home, a nonprofit supporting a local school and underprivileged communities, teaching valuable life skills, donating essential supplies, and bringing hope to families in need. We even visited a remote island to help local fishermen and kids who have little access to resources. This experience was life-changing, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
