Let’s get cooking! 🍲 How I Make Vegan Meatloaf: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7J_FpyGCf0&t=12s Ingredients ½ onion chopped ½ red and orange bell pepper chopped Collard greens 3-4 bunches Silken Tofu ½ cup 2-3 cloves of garlic minced Calabrian chili peppers 1 TBS Seasoning Coconut Aminos Smoked Paprika Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt to taste Red crushed pepper flakes Liquid spoke 1/2 tsp 2 TBS Apple cider Vinegar 4-5 cups veggie broth 1.Wash Collard Greens 2.Chop onions, garlic, bell peppers. Sauté in Avocado Oil with pinch of salt until all soft 3.Add calabrian chilli peppers and sauté for 1-2 minutes 4.Add broth, liquid smoke, vinegar, and remaining seasonings 5. Add collard greens to broth and stir. Set instant pot to 20 minutes on high pressure and let sit after done for 30 minutes before releasing pressure.
