Chanchala never imagined a career in photography. The move to the U.S. marked a pivotal moment, creating a vacuum she sought to fill through creativity. “You leave behind your job, your family, and everything familiar. You try to gather yourself in a new world. Photography became that niche I worked toward,” she explains. The transition from hobbyist to professional wasn’t without challenges. “Learning to be an artist is time-consuming, but learning the business side is even harder,” she admits. Chanchala describes the balance required: “30% is the art, and 70% is sales and marketing. You have to drive both wagons simultaneously.”
Her philosophy is simple yet profound: “You are your own competition. Just be better than before.” Through her lens, Chanchala not only captures life’s most precious moments but also inspires others to pursue their dreams with courage and conviction.
