In this heartfelt and inspiring interview, we sit down with 23-year-old Lumtsula, a theology student with an incredible story to share. Raised in a loving and godly family, Lumtsula grew up as a prayerful and devoted churchgoer, deeply cherished by her parents, especially her father, who adored her as the only daughter in the family.
However, her life took a devastating turn when her father was diagnosed with cancer when she was in Class 10. In her desperation and faith, she turned to prayer and fasting, pleading for her father’s healing. Despite her unwavering prayers, her father eventually passed away, leaving her heartbroken and questioning everything she believed in.
This painful loss led Lumtsula to drift away from God, as she began to believe He didn’t exist. For years, she stopped praying, attending church, and turned away from her faith. But while pursuing her BA degree, Lumtsula had a profound realization: even in her darkest moments, God had always been there, guiding and protecting her. Her renewed faith led her to make a bold decision—she gave up her BA studies and joined a Bible college to pursue theology, dedicating her life to serving God and helping others.
Join us as Lumtsula opens up about her journey of faith, loss, and redemption. Her story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of faith.
