I knew this homeowner was scheduled for back surgery over the winter. I assumed she would need assistance with her yard so I decided to swing by. The neighbor on one side is kind enough to mow the front and keep that looking nice. I'm assuming the neighbor on the other side is who called Code Enforcement on this lady who can barely walk. She did manage to make to down the steps and into her car to head top physical therapy during the cleanup. Check out what else gets completed other than just a yard cleanup.
