FULL DOCUMENTARY: TWA Flight 514 airplane crash in Loudoun County, Virginia-- killing 92 people

TWA Flight 514 slammed into Mount Weather in Loudoun County while on approach to Dulles International Airport. The 1972 aviation disaster claimed all 92 lives aboard.

The subsequent investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) revealed a series of errors by the pilot and air traffic control that contributed to the crash.

This documentary from our archives was produced 8 years ago to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the crash. We decided to share with viewers on this platform.
