Full time flipping is easier than you think! It is all about finding under valued items and being able to flip a large volume of those items. We chose furniture flipping as our example in this video.
We made a $260 profit on this dining set. It only took us about 3 hours of work from purchase to sale. If you could flip 4 pieces of furniture per week at a $250 profit, that would equal over $50,000 per year...enough to replace a full time salary! The point we are trying to make is that flipping furniture or any other item is a means to being able to quit your job and work for yourself. If you hate your job and want to spend more time with your family, there are a lot of ways to earn money! Quitting your job and working for yourself will also give you a lot more free-time to spend with your family or build other revenue streams. Having multiple streams of income is key if you are looking to become self employed. That way if one of those streams fall apart, you have others to support your family. We have been self-employed for 8 years and we wouldn't have it any other way!
