2024年に原美術館 ARC にて開催された展覧会「心のまんなかでアートをあじわってみる」では、好評を博している常設作品《真夜中の海》の展示に加えて、近松門左衛門の人形浄瑠璃『曽根崎心中』を映像インスタレーションとして作品化した《糸口心中》を觀海庵にて初公開しました。今回のインタビューでは、作家として駆け出しの頃から並走し、ともに挑戦し続けた原美術館に対する思いと、国内外で活躍する現在、そしてこれからの展望についてたっぷりお聞きしています。
