In this video, follow Will as he goes through a full week of Half Ironman training, chasing a PR. His all-time best is 4 hr 10 mins —can he beat it?! With Galveston 70.3 just eight weeks away, training is ramping up. This week includes indoor TT efforts, long outdoor rides, easy runs, track sessions, plus swims and lifts. The goal? Build fitness, sharpen speed, and see if all the hard work pays off on race day.
