Funk Tribu is a DJ and producer from Bogota, Colombia. His music is highly influenced by the electronic sound of the 90’s & 00’s and his productions are known to be a fusion between fast techno and melancholic trance with catchy melodies, creating a retro futuristic sonic vibe. When he is behind the decks his musical style goes from techno and hard techno to trance and hard trance. After his debut EP ‚Afterlife Complex‘ on the Colombian Lebel Underzone he has been contributing to the modern Trance and Techno scene with several tracks, remixes and edits on renowned underground labels such as Speedmaster Records, Syndikaet, H33 Records, KTK Records and TDJ. With his track ‘Phonky Tribu’ he already reached millions of streams and his productions are being played at festivals and events all around the globe: Awakening, ADE, Verpknit, Tomorrowland, Possession just to name a few. In January and February Funk Tribu is touring for the first time through Europe playing on line ups next to renowned artists.
