Apart from the horse the FWD Model B was the first four wheel drive. ( I think it's amazing how they could even think of 4x4 back then over 100 years ago ) It has a T head engine and the front axles have fully enclosed Try- Y CV joints for steering and the front wheels are toed into reduce steering effect ( and in my opinion this is it's best feature ) The throttle pedal can be rigged to either go up and down or side to side by flipping the bell crank 90 degrees side to side allows the driver to keep his foot planted on the floor in rough terrain but opening the throttle by twisting your foot tends to be hard on your right knee. 30 US gallons ( 136 litres ) full tank but there were several different tanks some were cylinders some were more ovoid the tank has a full tap on each end so it will always draw draw full even when tillted. It has marginal brakes and no windscreen. Apart from the first sentence the technical details comes from the own of a Model B from the USA who commented on this video on my other channel Andy's Life as you can see this is only part one of a hopefully three part series.
