G-Thangs: Causal Inference with R
G-methods are a class of approaches that can be used for causal inference. One such technique is called the g-formula or g-computation. This talk will show you how to execute these g-thangs in R. We'll also need to do some Monte Carlo simulations along the way.
All levels of statistical background are welcome: one goal is to present this material with less math than is typical, and we'll note the basics of causal inference as we go. No gatekeeping here! 💡
