2. Be your own client for a moment - assess your services to see if it meets your own standards + check in on your clients post service & GET REVIEWS!

5. Look the part - wear lash extensions (even if they are DIY lashes) to provoke conversation about the services you offer
6. Do lashes for free for content and to break into new markets - Word of mouth is so important but you want to make sure your work is truly great. 8. Run Instagram ads (boosted posts)
9. Put your location in your bio on Social Media, otherwise people cannot find you!
10. Make booking EASY!
11. BE RESPONSIVE (2hr. response rate at most when wanting to gain clients)
12. Have exceptional Customer Service (Offer extras. ie. Blankets, snacks, tea, etc)
13. Make and pin a post to your social media showcasing all the services you offer + your price list
14. Offer more services than just eyelash extensions (ie. Spray Tan, DIY lash extensions, waxing, hairstyling? and/or more - other complimentary beauty services) AND don't forget about the importance of retailing products such as LASH GAINS growth serum. People eat it UP!
