2025年1月14日撮影。今回は新潟県の越後湯沢にあるガーラ湯沢スキー場と石打丸山スキー場へ行ってきました。
上越新幹線がスキーセンターへ直接乗り入れることで知られるガーラ湯沢。いったいどんな風になっているのかと興味があって行ってみたら、あることが日本一であることを知る。
この日はガーラ湯沢と両隣の石打丸山スキー場と湯沢高原スキー場でも滑ることができる三山共通リフト券を買い、超初心者の娘を連れてガーラ湯沢から石打丸山への移動にも挑戦してみました。２つのスキー場の連結なんかも紹介していますので、初めて行く人の参考になると思います。

Gala Yuzawa and Ishiuchi-Maruyama: Snow resorts where you can go directly from Tokyo by Shinkansen
This time, I visited the Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort and the Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort located in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture. Gala Yuzawa is known for the Joetsu Shinkansen directly connecting to the ski center. I was curious about how it was set up and decided to check it out. At Gala Yuzawa I discovered that it holds a certain record as the best in Japan. On this day, I purchased a three-mountain shared lift ticket that allowed me to ski at Gala Yuzawa, the adjacent Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, and the Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort. I also challenged myself to move from Gala Yuzawa to Ishiuchi Maruyama with my daughter, who is a complete beginner. I’ll also introduce how the two ski resorts are connected, which I think will be helpful for first-time visitors.
