Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Gambia is a tiny country, but it does not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Crossing over the northern boarder of Gambia from Senegal we spent a week exploring the area before driving inland and crossing the Senegambia bridge to head east on the Trans-Gambia Highway toward Banjul. See Gambia episode 6. We settled into our home base at "Paradise Found Beach Bar and Kitchen" on a stretch along the beach below Brufut Heights. This beach is adjacent to Sakuta and just south of Serekunda. (paradisefound.me) We enjoy cooking our own food, but had lunch one day at "Paradise Found" and it was delicious local food. We also camped at "Ocean Blue Beach Bar & Restaurant," just a 5 min walk north on the beach, but due to a water pump issue we moved to "Paradise Found." Staff members, Lamin at "Ocean Blue" and William at "Paradise Found" were fabulous! A number of restaurants and cafes along this beach offer camping and provide water, a shower, and restroom. And of course beach umbrellas, tables, hammocks, and very friendly staff. These simple facilities are all we need. Local catch is available daily on the beach from the local fishermen. Women sell fresh vegetables and fruit to people along the beach. The Garden Boys next to "Ocean Blue" also provide fresh vegetables directly from their gardens and enjoy explaining the different plants. Camping is available. Just stop by and ask for Skinny. All three places mentioned above can be found on IOverlander. Music: In 2024, Nulla Cruising launched an independent music label supporting very talented, yet unknown artists worldwide. All of the music in this video is original and features Mandingo artists Anta Nyang and Bakary Kamaso. Thank you to Anta for sharing your beautiful voice and Bakary for your playing of the Kora. The video highlights the recording of Bakary's first album titled "Kairo" or translated in English to "Peace." The album is a collection of rhythms played on a 21 string instrument called the Kora. Nulla Cruising recorded the album and it is available on most streaming platforms such as Spotify, iTunes, and Apple Music. Follow this link to Bakary's new album. https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nK6vrGPGYAJnxouqe09eziRlBV-EiqrvE&si=tQXYGAsRdplZcGpp To listen Nulla Cruising's music go to https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVOJqiY-yp_gvPmqAzx3WAXzmIk1mRYMH&si=ehfbgK6wSVaqkqsN About Nulla: Our camper is a 1983 Toyota Landcruiser we restored and built over many years. We named her Nulla after her original home in Nullarbor Plains in Australia. Nulla is a fully equipped off-road camper. It has a 140-liter water tank, a three-tiered water filtration system, 900 watts of solar, 4-wheel drive, two fuel tanks, and other essentials. We typically fill our water tanks every two weeks and do not need to hook up to electricity. Nulla has two stoves. The indoor stove runs on diesel from the fuel tank. The outdoor stove is powered by solar energy. Living full-time in Nulla is very comfortable. If you enjoy the video subscribe and join us on the road! Jax & Amado @nullacruising
