Rellenong Bangus Ingredients:
2 pcs medium size bangus, skinned and meat removed
4 pcs large kalamansi, juice extracted
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup water for boiling the meat
1 large carrot, chopped finely
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup raisins
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 pcs red bell peppers
1/4 kilo ground pork
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 raw eggs
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
needle and thread for sewing
