This combination of green hinges with tension springs, dura-lift nylon rollers and fixthishouse roller sleeves addressed a few problems with my garage doors.
The first problem was a frozen pipe above the garage. The fact that the doors did not fit flush against the garage seal and had slop/play causing a lot of wind to enter the garage. Beyond having a cold garage and not being very energy efficient, this caused a big problem on a cold and windy day in which a bathroom water pipe froze. This hinge, along with another modification I did fixed this problem.
In addition, the new rollers and sleeves made the overall operation of the doors much smoother and reduced the sound by an average of 2db.
