Choti Elaichi - 1/4 cup (Use daane only)
Badia ke phool - 1/4 cup (upar tak bhar ke)
Loung - 1/4 cup (little less)
Javitri - 4 Phool
Jayphal - 2 (without chhilka)
Black Pepper - 1 cup
White Zeera - 1 cup
Black (Shani) Zeera - 1/4 cup
Dalcheeni - 1/2 cup (small pieces)
Tejpatte - 20 patte (10 grams)
Grind them after breaking large pieces.
Store in a glass or steel jar only.
Use only 1 teaspoon in a special dish
