The best tender and juicy Pan Fried Pork Chops recipe i've ever made. Brining my meat is what makes it really tender and juicy and it gives extra flavour. When the meat submerged in a brine, the salt in the solution means the meat not only absorbs some of the extra water but also retains it whilst cooking, resulting in a juicier texture.
