You'll need:
Brazilian Cheese Bread
7 inch round pan
1 1/2 cup tapioca flour/cassava flour
1 medium egg
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup mild olive oil (avoid extra virgin olive oil b/c the flavor is too strong)
1/2 tbsp fine salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella (avoid the fresh ones b/c it’s too moist)
Garlic Spread
1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
3 pressed garlic cloves (or more if you like)
2-3 tbsp parmigiano
fresh parsley (just eyeball it ;)
*You can also make this without garlic spread. You're the boss!
*Adjust baking time for smaller bread (~12-15min)
