Swanand Kirkire is an Indian lyricist, playback singer, writer, assistant director and dialogue writer, both in television and Hindi films Kirkire won the National film awards for best lyrics twice. First in 2007 for the song "Bande Me Tha Dum...Vande Mataram" from the 2006 film, Lage Raho Munna Bhai second time in 2009, and for the song "Behti Hawaa Sa Tha Woh..." from the film 3 idiots He received Film fare nomination for Best Lyrics for the song "Piyu Bole" in Parineeta (2005). Kishore Kadam is a Marathi actor who has acted in several Marathi and Hindi movies as well as in some TV serials and plays. He is a veteran Marathi poet, writing with his pseudonym Saumitra (Marathi: सौमित्र) and well known for his poems in the album Garawa with Milind Ingle, all songs revolved on the topic of rain.
