The memorial service for Van Conner was held in Ellensburg, Washington yesterday, June 10th 2023, at Hal Holmes Center. I could not make it across the country from Texas so I recorded this tribute to Van. The Screaming Trees Song "Too Far Away" I wrote for Van when he left the band in 1988. Now I rededicate it to his memory.
