Gaziano Girling: Custom Marble Patina on St. James II

Not gonna lie....this one made me nervous. Despite having done hundreds of custom patinas there is just something unnerving about taking acetone and leather dyes to a brand new thousand dollar pair of shoes.
The St. James by Gaziano Girling is a classic adelaide oxford and is quite beautiful right out of the box in their Vintage Cherry. The client wanted something really one of a kind and was inspired by some marble patina examples he had seen. We were both thrilled with the results on these.
