GENTLE NUTRITION TIPS FOR BINGE EATING RECOVERY
I know that binge eating is not caused by a lack of nutritional knowledge, if anything it's probably exacerbated by knowing too much.
Gentle nutrition is the tenth principle of intuitive eating and it probably gets talked about the least. In this video I share how you can gently apply some general nutrition wisdom to help you stop binge eating. There are 5 tips I talk about in this video. These are:
1. Plan...even just a bit
2. Create a rhythm with your eating
3. Eat more earlier
4. Be aware of the blood sugar roller coaster
5. Add in live foods
