Buns:
1.5 tbsp of yeast
2 tbsp sugar
4 cups warm water
Add these 3 ingredients together and let the yeast proof.add 5 cups of all purpose flour.
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 handful of salt(about 1/8 cup)
Mix these 3 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.Add 5 more cups flour (you will have to use 10 cups flour for the whole recipe)mix until dough forms,add small sprinkles of flour and knead until dough is no longer sticky.Add some oil to the dough to make it smooth. Cover and let rise for 2 hours. Use oil to roll buns if dough is sticky. Place on cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Cover buns and let rise 2 hours or so. Preheat oven to 425F. Bake for about 12-17 minutes, Let cool completely, put in ziploc bags and freeze.
Thaw as you need them so they taste fresh out of the oven each time.

1 cup of flour
1/4 cup of salt
3 tablespoons of lemon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 cup of water
Food coloring
Any seasonings or scents you would like
Dicections. Add the liquids to big pot
at a medium heat on the stove,maybe a bit lower.combine dry ingredients to bowl. After the water is hot but not boiling add the dry ingredients.mix to combine. Flip playdough around until no longer sticky but don’t overcook.place playdough on wax paper and knead a couple minutes.one batch takes less then 5 minutes.
Elderberry syrup:
4 cups water
3/4 cup dry elderberries
2 tbsp echinacea
5 cloves
1 tbsp dry ginger/2 tbsp fresh
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 cup honey or maple syrup (cool and add)
Directions. Boil to reduce to half. Cool and store in fridge.
