Spicy Lasagna Soup:
* you can't really mess it up theres a lot things you can substitie
*i've also made this with ground turkey instead of beef to keep it lighter
* so many ways to make it but here is a good start of what i do

Ingredients:
1/2 yellow onion
4-6 cloves minced garlic
1lb of ground beef/ or turkey
2tablespoon tomato paste
for seasoning i usually wing and taste lol.
but i do a table soon of italian seasoning & 1-2tsp of red pepper chili flakes.
if you dont have italian seasonins you can add oregano,basil,parsley, etc.
sometimes i add a bit of "tony's creole" seaoning
salt & peppaaa
24oz can of marinara sauce ( any kind )
1/2 cup of heavy cream
4-6 cups of chicken broth
Ricotta cheese, parmesan, mozzarella ( whaever you have)
I add the cheese to my own liking on top of my bowl when its plated instead of in the soup
fresh basil to your liking
you can also add spinach
noodles/pasta of choice

Add some oil to a hot soup pot, and add your onions and sautee for about 5 min until transculent, add your garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add in your meat and cook for a few minutes & then add your seasonings.
Once your meat is cooked add your tomato paste and stir and then add your chicken broth and marinara sauce - stir everything and bring it into a boil.
Once its boiling add your pasta and let simmer & and cook until done stirring occasionaly.
Lastly add you heavy cream and fresh basil.
