Dear friends, I thank you infinitely for your wonderful messages, forgive me if I don't reply immediately or if I accidentally leave someone out. Last week was very busy for me and my sister, as I said our mother is in the hospital, but thanks to God who guided the doctors she is better now and will be home soon.

In this video I start preparing to decorate the house for Easter and spring, but as I said it's just the beginning. I have many ideas to make and I will share them with you, not to mention recipes, I have many to show you too. I leave you the recipes for Zeppole di S. Giuseppe and ricotta gnocchi. RECIPE: ZEPPOLE DI S. GIUSEPPE
For the choux pastry:
200 ml of water
130 g 00 flour
100 g butter
3/4 eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt

For the custard:
500 g milk
2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cornstarch (or starch or 00 flour)
1 grated lemon

To decorate:
Cherries in Syrup
powdered sugar

RICOTTA GNOCCHI: doses for 4 people
500 g ricotta
1 egg
12 g grated parmesan
5 g salt
300 g flour
