Millions of people visit the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania - to admire the monuments and to walk the battlefield. But beyond the battle and impressive "stone soldiers" are sights most visitors will never see. This documentary takes viewers where many tour groups don't go, tells stories that don't show up in the history books and shows good deeds that are quietly done by battlefield volunteers. Produced by David Solomon with video and editing from Paul Ruggieri. From the WQED archives, 2008.
