Good morning, I have a Dollar Tree Halloween wreath. In today's crafting adventure I will be using one of the new Dollar Tree wreath decoration kits. You have four designs to choose from, Frankenstein, Witch,Skeleton, & Ghost. Today I will be using the Ghost attachment in the Halloween wreath. I have already done a tutorial using the Frankenstein attachment and really loved the end result. (Link below) My subscribers voted for the next character and the Ghost attachment won by a landslide!
