Before G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra, Retaliation or the Snake Eyes film, there was GI Joe Resolute. Originally aired as a web series that latered premiered as a full movie on the Adult Swim Network. This video serves as a short toy / cartoon history documentary to highlight this film.

GI Joe Resolute is a more mature, aged up version of GI Joe, somewhat akin to Larry Hama's 155-issue Marvel Comics run. Key highlights are the duel between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, as well as Cobra Commander, Duke and others. This is must-watch G.I. Joe content and harkens back to their days of the A Real American Hero days.
GI Joe is a toy line that debuted in 1982, along with a comic series. The Sunbow cartoon began in 1983, and the original series would conclude with an animated movie in 1987.
