Just look at the awesome DIY vase I made with my own hands from the most affordable materials! This vase can become a chic decorative element in your home, for a minimum of money! Such vases are now in a big trend, their design is inspired by the Japanese style of interior “wabi-sabi”. ***This style is characterized by a tendency to minimalism, refusal of bright colors and refusal to overload the interior. It is also characterized by a philosophy of awareness and acceptance - wabi-sabi teaches to appreciate imperfection and aging of things, to see beauty in non-ideality and naturalness. Our vase is also inspired by this style, but unlike store-bought clay vases, it has a number of advantages: - it will never break, unlike clay; - its cost, including all materials, is many times cheaper (we specifically looked at store prices for vases of this size, and they start at $100-$300); - during the manufacturing process, at the initial stage you can always adjust the size and shape of the vase yourself, as well as the type of texture, type of patterns and paint color; - and finally, making such a vase can be a very exciting and interesting process that will bring you positive emotions and a break from routine! To make it you will need: • Cardboard (or plastic) tube - length 57 cm, diameter 17 cm; • Hot glue; • Corrugated cardboard; • Newsprint; • White wood glue (WPA); • Papier-mâché; • Gypsum putty; • Floral mesh for bouquets; • Acrylic paints; • Baking soda; • Citric acid; • Spray varnish. ❗❗❗❗Dear subscribers and guests of the channel, please support us by liking, commenting and reposting the video.
