I'm not sure of the provenance of this 3rd or 4th generation copy (note the presence of color bars — original in color but I changed the whole video to B&W to fix a wider problem — and reel change). I am aware the film freezes briefly during the Lord Chancellor's first song. I apologize also that the audio is only in one channel. You can rectify this by adjusting the accessibility settings of your device (for example; on Mac OS computer: System Preferences - Accessibility - Audio - Play stereo audio as mono. Or on iPhone: Settings - Accessibility - Audio & Visual - Mono Audio). I will try to upload it with fixed audio soon and replace this version.
