ಗಿರೆಬಾಜಿ ಎಂಬ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯು ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಥೆಯು ಪಾರಿವಾಳ ಸಾಕಿರುವ ಶೋಕ್ದಾರ್ ಗಳ ಬದುಕಿನ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು,ಪಾರಿವಾಳಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ಮುಡಿಪಾಗಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸೂರಿಯ ಬದುಕು ಮತ್ತು ಗಿರೆಬಾಜಿ ಹಾರಾಟ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ರೋಚಕತೆ ,ಒಳಸಂಚು, ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ನಡುವೆ ಯಾವುದೂ ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ?
This film portrays the story of shokdhars (pigeon fanciers) who pet their pigeons with utmost love and are willing to sacrifice their entire life for them. Suri is one such shokdhar who has trained his pigeons and is ready to take part in a local competition (Girebaji), which is not only thrilling, but also full of conspiracy. Welcome to our world of pigeons!!
