#Pottery #lesson #glaze
I like this glaze. It's easy enough to turn something multiple variations of blue regardless of layering or clay. Unlike floating blue were if you put too much water in it or not enough layers Ultramarine turns blue no matter what. There is one very large caveat with this glaze which I make very clear at the end of the episode. Overall ultramarine DL-23 from Amoco is a fantastic blue glaze just make sure you mix it very very well before dipping your work in it.
