Gluten Free Bread Recipe
Alright after a bit of testing here’s my official Gluten Free Bread that I am proud of and feel is worth putting out there👌🏻😊
I also made it to fit a 2lb tin which is quite easy to find so everyone can have a go at this
Recipe
Buckwheat 90g
Rice flour 60g
Tapioca 90g
Fine Cornmeal 60g
You will need 300g total. This is just something I went with based on what I have at home and it worked a treat. Use whatever you want though
350ml of lukewarm water
2tbsp of psyllium husk
2tsp of sugar
1tsp of salt
2tsp of instant dry yeast
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 egg whites
Baked in a 2lb tin greased with butter for 20 minutes at 250C then for a further 20 minutes at 220C
Let it cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
