The Amsterdam Percussion Group and I perform the premiere of ‘Go Between’ by the Swiss composer and percussionist Ruud Wiener, February 24th 1985, at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw. The Dutch are mad for percussion, so I love working with their percussionists in any capacity. I’ve recorded with three Percussion group in the past: this one, Pete Lockett’s Network of Sparks, and the World Drummers’ Ensemble.
