Freshly grated Coconut - 2 ½ cups (approx. 250 grams)
Fine Semolina / Rava / Sooji - 1 ½ cups (approx. 180 grams)
Fine Sugar - 1 ¼ cups + 2 tbsp (approx. 275 grams)
Eggs - 3 (room temperature)
Butter - 4 tbsp (approx. 56 grams)
Cashew Nuts - ¼ cup / Around 22 to 24 (approx. 30 grams)
Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp (approx. 2.5 grams)
Cardamom / Elaichi powder - ½ tsp (approx. 2.5 grams)
Salt - ¼ tsp (approx. 1.5 grams)
