Ingredients:
All-purpose Flour / Maida ( sieved ) - 2 ½ cups / 300 gms
Semolina / Rava / Sooji ( fine ) - ½ cup / 100 gms
Sugar powder - 8 tbsp / 100 gms
Fresh Coconut Milk ( thick extract ) - 4 tsp
Ghee / Clarified Butter - 8 tbsp / 100 gms ( slightly heated )
Cardamoms / Elaichi - 3 medium ( powdered without skin )
Egg - 1
Salt - ¼ tsp
Cooking Oil for deep frying
Notes: Sugar powder can be sprinkled on the Kulkuls when they are hot
Cool down the Kulkuls & then store them in an airtight container
