This dish is quite popular in Yangon, Myanmar. People usually eat with Indian nann. I cook this dish with a touch of Indian style. Hope you all enjoy.
Ingredients;
Goat legs 12 pieces
1 medium size onion
10 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 inches of ginger
Salt is as needed
Spices;
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1tsp gram masala
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 sticks of cinnamon
4 to 5 bay leaves
About 1 cup of curry leaves
