Ingredients:
1. 3 cups Aata
2. 1 tspn salt
3. 1 tspn Ghee
4. 1 medium sized cauliflower
5. 2 boiled potatoes
6. 1 onion
Special Parantha Masala : 1.5 tspn
1. Sabut Dhaniya 1 tspn
2. Jeera 1 tbspn
3. 1 tspn sabut kali mirch
Spice Mix : 1.5 tspn
1. Amchur 1 tspn
2. Chaat masala 2 tspn
3. Kala Namak 1/2 tspn
4. Garam Masala 1 tspn
7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
8. Ajwain 1/2 tspn
9. Salt
10. Desi ghee
11. Hara dhaniya
12. Adrak chopped
13. Hari mirch 1 to 2 chopped
