Gochujang braised eggs l ✔️Soft egg york l✔️ Sweet, spicy and sticky sauce
Half-cooked soft eggs with sweet and spicy Gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce. It can be served on its own or as a side dish to rice. Please try in this way: cut the egg with a spoon and scoop it with some sauce at the same time. It is soooooo yummy. This dish reminds of the famous Korean spicy rice cake [ddukbbokgi] dish.
