From the salt marshes in the previous episode (available here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJhGkK93OiI ), I have brought back some natural yet basic salt. How do I turn this into a premium ingredient ? I diluted it in water to create a super saturated solution, and then I mimicked the salt marshes in my studio and started evaporating it. After a few trials and errors, I was able to create magnificent Salt Crystals which are perfect for finishing dishes.
