A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Wake, Johnston and several other counties. The National Weather Service said these areas could see more ice accumulation and snowfall than previously predicted. Gov. Josh Stein said during an emergency meeting Wednesday that power outages and road safety are still the biggest concerns.
