In a recent video, we shared that the frame on our RV is broken, and as a result, it may be the end of fulltime RV life for us! In that video, we showed you all of the things that were going on with the RV from the suspected frame failure. At Grand Design's request, we did a "frame flex" test, which entailed taking measurements and sending them off to Grand Design so they could determine if our frame had been compromised. After sending the measurements to them, we awaited their response, in hopes they would provide us with a solution for the path we should take to get this addressed immediately.
In today's video, we share Grand Design's response to our emails. Let's just say, it is not looking like a favorable outcome for Paving New Paths! We share the communication that has taken place thus far and go over what has become the much bigger issue with Grand Design than just our broken frame!
