其实家人每年都想带阿婆去做体检，但她总怕我们出钱，然后她觉得自己身体没问题，就一直不愿意做体检。
这一次有点危险，虽然她自己有意识，觉得只是胃痛（可能是心脏引起的胃痛），但医生建议直接上呼吸机，救护车紧急送她到县城的大医院。
后面3个月内她不能拿超过30斤的东西，1年不能干太多重活。
其实家人在10几年前就希望她不再工作，但她总是有忙不完的活，总担心儿女没有饭吃。
这个月回来，她又觉得自己身体又行了，又想搞这搞那的，不过家人不给她干，这次让我的父亲代替她的拍摄，也可以在家更好陪他们。
2019年年底时候，我到回家拍摄她，当初肤浅一点的想法，也是为了挣点钱。另外一个就是想能够记录自己的奶奶，
还能把这些传统的美食做法，用视频的形式保留下来。让更多的人看到，有人是想学习，有人是回忆儿时，有人是喜欢阿婆这种生活，各种不一样的人。
做视频的几年，很有幸，遇到各种不一样，可爱的你们，感谢有你们。
Actually, our family has wanted to take Grandma for a health check-up every year, but she always fears that we will have to pay for it. She believes she is in good health and has consistently refused to go.
This time it was a bit dangerous. Although she was conscious and thought it was just stomach pain (which could be heart-related), the doctor advised that she should be put on a ventilator, and the ambulance urgently took her to a larger hospital in the county.
For the next three months, she cannot lift anything over 30 pounds, and she shouldn’t do too much heavy work for a year.
In fact, our family hoped over ten years ago that she would stop working, but she always has endless tasks to complete and worries that her children will go hungry.
When I returned this month, she felt she was doing better and wanted to get involved in various activities again. However, our family didn’t allow her to do so this time. My father replaced her for the filming, which also allows him to better accompany her at home.
At the end of 2019, I went home to film her. My initial, somewhat superficial motivation was to earn some money. Another reason was to document my grandmother.
I also wanted to preserve the traditional cooking methods through videos so that more people can see them. Some people want to learn, some want to reminisce about their childhood, and some simply appreciate Grandma's way of life—each with their own unique perspective.
Over the years of making videos, I have been fortunate to meet various wonderful people. I am grateful for each one of you.
