This granola bar is easy to collapse.
If you like chewy & sticky granola bars, use sticky sweetener like brown rice syrup. or you can increase the amount of sweetener.
I love to eat this granola bar with homemade soy yogurt:)

Ingredients:
200g rolled oats
80g nuts
20g toasted sesame seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
50g cane sugar
50g honey
20g coconut oil
20g oil
100g dark chocolate
60g raisins
30g buckwheat flour
pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. melt coconut oil if it is solid.
2. put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. put the mixture into a square tin.
3. bake at 320F/160C for 30 mins.

好みのナッツ 80g
白いりごま 20g
かぼちゃの種 30g
きび砂糖 50g
はちみつ 50g
ココナッツオイル 20g
オイル 20g
ダークチョコレート 100g
レーズン 60g
そば粉 30g
塩 少々
「作り方」
１、ココナッツオイルが固形の場合は溶かしておきます。
２、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、型に敷きつけます。
３、１６０℃で３０分ほど焼きます。
