I tried the Swisscolor crayon set of 15 and they are identical to the Neocolor 1 crayons, just half stick size! The Neocolour ! crayons are wax based and NOT water soluble.

I found that the Niji artist crayons are very similar except fort one color to the Jane Davenport Power Pastels"
